Poblano’s Mexican Grill has been a part of the Wichita community since 2003, when Juan Alyandre brought his vision for fresh, flavorful Mexican food to life. Born and raised in the State of Mexico, he moved to the United States as a teenager and settled in Denver, Colorado. After working a variety of jobs and gaining valuable experience, he discovered his passion for the restaurant world. That passion eventually opened the door to creating his own place right here in Wichita.
From the very beginning, his goal has been to share authentic Mexican flavors while blending in a bit of American style for quick, efficient service. Every dish is prepared fresh daily—ensuring that burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, and other favorites never lose the homemade quality that keeps customers coming back.
